AT THE ZOO - Lasting Memories Layout Challenges DT Reveal

Happy Sunday morning everyone, time for the lastest Lasting Memories Layout Challenges Design Team reveal. We are continuing with the theme of "All About Animals" and today's challenge is At the Zoo (lion, zebra, monkey, peacock etc...).

Here is my layout...

We always have family adventures to celebrate our Nation's birthday. A couple of years ago we went to the Brantford Twim Valley Zoo. It is a local zoo with big adventures!!!

Here is each side close up...

I added my journalling around the sun burst design. All the animals were fabulous. The Lion however did not like my son. Whenever he was around the Lion was growling, hissing and just generally miserable. It was kind of scary!!! Other than that the animals are well cared for and very happy in their surroundings!

And a closeup...

I added a little cluster of of die cuts and stickers.

Product List:
Crate Paper - Peppermint collection for the background paper, DCWV - Safari Chic Stack paper and die cuts and stickers, Momenta Velvet Alphas, Hemptique Hemp Cord, Tim Holtz tiny attachers and the brads are from my stash.

Be sure to stop by the Lasting Memories Blog to check out the rest of the design team's creations. We would love to see how you are inspired by this challenge, so be sure to link your creation up before the 26th of August.

I was inspired by the August 1st Let's Scrap sketch.

Thanks for stopping by! Stay Crafty!!!
